Secure online payments can be made using the DEFT website www.deft.com.au. Your DEFT reference number ready can be found on your invoice or statement.

Make BPAY payments from your bank account or credit card via internet or telephone banking.

Phone payments by Credit Card

You can pay your account over the phone using your credit card by calling the Macquarie DEFT payment system on 1300 30 10 90. Please have you DEFT reference number ready. This can be found on your invoice or statement.

Post billpay

In person at any Post Office. Please present a copy of your invoice or statement when making your payment. Present your barcode at Australia Post to pay by eftpos or cheque.

Paying by post

Payments can be made by cheque or money order. Please see your invoice or statement for the payment details and postal address in your area.

Please remember to detach the lower section of your invoice or statement and place it in same envelope as your cheque or money order.
